When I was a child my biggest hero was my grandfather, which I have written about once when I had made a collage. And now when I have clean out the cellar store I found this.

I made this whit my grandfather when I was about four years old I think. I really loved to be whit him in the garage, he worked whit renovating old cars and I made things like this. Screw together two pieces of wood. Really fun! Anyway if your are a child.
Yesterday I received my first New Years card. And it was absolutely gorgeous! Cynthia in Canada sent me this card and had included a little purse made as a dog!

So cute!
Thank you so much for the card! It was so nice to found it in the mail! The first card ever I received in a swap!
For the first time I take part in a post card swap, after Hanna suggested it. At the moment I can’t show a picture of my card. But the theme of the cards is the Chinese New Year, happen the 29th, when the Year of the Dog starts. It was fun to make the cards after I figured out how I could include a dog…
When I lived in my old apartment I had a very small kitchen table, because I only had a kitchen nook so the table had to been in my room. Then when I moved I had to found a bigger table and first I thought about buying this table, Björkudden at IKEA and this chair, Stefan.
But instead of buying something new I found an old table which my grandmother and grandfather had as a dining table in the living room when they where alive. And then four chairs that has been in our weekend cottage, which no longer are a cottage, instead my parents home.

But the chairs had two different fabrics on the seats so I had to change.

So I found this brown fabric that I really liked and decided to change to that instead. And this is how it turned out.

The 4th of December I wrote about some secret stuff that I was making for Christmas. Now when Christmas and New Year has past I can reveal what I made.
First I did this sweater for my nephew. I have a really easy pattern for this sweater, so I think it took about 2½ hours to make. Easy and fun! Probably I will make more for my nephew or some other child.

And then this recycling bag for my uncle, my thought is that he will use it when he carries the recycling of paper to the recyclingstation. First I made the bag and then printed återvinn = recycle on it.
