Studio Friday for september 15th, it’s soon Saturday here, only 13 minutes left of Friday.

” I was thinking, all the ladies work so hard in their studios: maybe it’s time we all treat ourselves to a lovely boquet of flowers for our creative spaces? Maybe some fragrant, or colourful buds to make us happy? Let’s treat ourselves this Friday, and buy a nice arrangement of flowers for our studios!” ~ Leslie

This month I have given myself a ban to buy anything else except for food, because I don’t need anything new and should use some of all my material and stuff instead. So therefore I haven’t bought any flowers, and there are not many of them to pick in the garden either. And I don’t want to make a collage or something like that. But in my studio corner, yes, corner, I don’t have a whole room…I have this eternal flower… or more correct eternal tree or a branch that I have carved for some years ago. I have painted it in one of my favourite colour, lilac. Therefore that is my flower; it never withers and don’t need water! It’s perfect, because I have the worst green fingers there is! I can hardly keep a plant alive!
